As Thailand facing the third epidemic outbreak, resulting in the increase of infected people throughout the country, Rajavithi Hospital is one of the checkpoints where a large number of COVID -19 patients are being admitted and referred to. Due to the inadequate ICU facilities, healthcare professionals and the safety of patients with COVID-19 were put at risk.
To help the medical team to fully respond in this crucial time, SCG Foundation donated 12 Negative Pressure Isolation Rooms worth 3,000,000 baht represented by Suvimol Chivaluk, Director and Manager of SCG Foundation, to Rajavithi Hospital which was received by Dr. Sukrom Cheecharern, Deputy Director the Medical Affairs- Rajavithi Hospital.
