SCG Foundation provides Financial Support of 8 million baht to the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer in the World’s First Successful “New Immunotherapy” Project Treating a Breast Cancer Patient

SCG Foundation, led by Mr. Chaovalit Ekabut (second from left), Executive Director of SCG Foundation, along with Ms. Suvimol Chivaluk, Director and Manager of SCG Foundation (first from right), gave financial support of 8 million baht to the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer in support of “New Immunotherapy” project to treat a breast cancer patient. New Immunotherapy is an alternative to cancer treatment by stimulating the most common and basic immune cells or T-cells in order to get rid of the cancer cells. The Queen Sirikit Center for Breast Cancer successfully treated the first breast cancer patient with Immunotherapy and planned to bring immune system therapy to help treat other breast cancer patients afterwards.
