SCG Foundation has donated a series of COVID-19 innovations to Samut Sakhon Hospital to lower infection risks among medical professionals. The donations included 1) Positive Pressure Isolation Chamber, 2) Patient Isolation Capsule, 3) Small Patient Isolation Capsule for CT scan, 4) 200 PPEs, 5) 500 N95 masks, 6) 500 themoscan devices, 7) 3,000 pairs of medical gloves, and 8) 2,000 pieces of kid’s cloth face masks.
SCG Foundation has donated a series of COVID-19 innovation and protective gear to Metropolitan Hospital Tha Chalom in Samut Sakhon. The donation includes one Negative Pressure Isolation Room designed to fit emergency rooms, ICUs, or patient rooms in which medical professionals can immediately treat patients with severe symptoms without the need to move the patient or other life support equipment. On top of that, the Foundation also provided the supply of COVID-19 protection gear such as 500 sets of KN95 masks, 200 PPEs worth 360,000 Baht to ensure that medical workers can work speedily and safely.
Although the floodwaters have receded, Don Mali village in Phunphin District, Surat Thani province, remains badly submerged as flooding continues to plague residents. Tai Dam ethnic group from Young Community Developers Project (Tonkla Network) has brought the plight of villagers to public attention and collaborated with SCG Foundation to deliver relief bags to flood victims at the shelter and those trapped at home out of reach of humanitarian assistance. The relief is offered to help flood-affected victims get through the crisis as soon as possible.
The project is a collaboration between the government and private sector to provide vocational students with skill and capability enhancement, access to higher-income opportunities, and resources to meet today’s labor market. The students will be awarded scholarships to pursue studies throughout the program of two consecutive academic years.
SCG Foundation has teamed up with Southern Business Office and SCG distributors, handing 400 relief bags to flood victims in Mueang district, Sichon district, and Tha Sala district in Nakhon Si Thammarat. The donation aims to help get flood victims out of the crisis.

SCG Foundation, a public charity organization continuously promoting vocational education, has awarded scholarships worth 1.5 million Baht to students with High Vocational Certificate level (High Voc. Cert.) who have joined Excellent Center in the construction work area under the Living Solution Expert project. The project is a collaboration of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, Nawaplastic Industries Company Limited, SCG Foundation, Land and Houses Public Company Limited, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited as well asSCG Distribution Company Limited.
