SCG Foundation Invites our friends (SCG employees) to donate money to support the production of SCGP paper field hospital beds in the “Sapanboon Sapanjai (Merit Bridge): Fight Covid-19 Project” for Covid-19 patients all over the country.

How will the patient be treated …. if we don’t have enough field hospital beds when Covid-19 is still spreading?

SCG Foundation invites SCG employees to donate to the project “Sapanboon Sapanjai (Merit Bridge): Fight Covid-19” to support the production of SCGP paper field hospital beds in urgency for thousands of people throughout the country with Covid-19 infection. In addition, SCG Foundation will double the amount of the total donation to contribute more to this project.

SCG Foundation Donates “Thung Nam Jai (Appreciation Bags)” to Volunteer Heroes as a sign of Gratefulness

SCG Foundation extended appreciation to the rescuers and volunteers who help stopping the incident and people from the fire at Mingdi Chemicals Factory Co., Ltd.

Mr. Chotichai Chanwatrangkul Manager – MD Office, Thai Containers Co., Ltd. in SCGP and Mr. Pheeradon Thongthae, Associate Director and Manager of SCG Foundation as representatives of SCG Foundation donated 100 bags of Thung Nam Jai (Appreciation Bags) to representatives from Ruamkatanyu Foundation and Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Samut Prakan Province.

The bag contains rice, necessities, and a set of alcohol sprays.  This is a token of our gratefulness for the rescue volunteers  in this event. The said bags were given to the governor of Samut Prakan Province and would be distributed to rescue team.

SCG Foundation Donates an Echocardiogram to the Neurological Institute of Thailand

Mr. Chaovalit Ekabut, Executive Director of SCG Foundation, and Ms. Suvimol Chivaluk, Director and Manager of SCG Foundation facilitate the delivery of an Echocardiogram Machine, worth two million baht (B2,000,000) to the Neurological Institute of Thailand. It was received by Dr. Thanin Vejchapinan, Director of the Neurological Institute, and Dr. Tasanee Tantirittisak.

This machine, also known as “echo” creates images of the various parts of the heart using sound vibrations and makes it easy to check the shape, size, and function of the heart muscles and heart valves. These images can help medical practitioners diagnose patients with neurological diseases with co-morbidities such as heart valves abnormalities, angina, enlarged heart, coronary artery diseases, and the like.
